Who we are:

 

                 We are a Multinational Andean Company devoted to offering legal advice, networking and project management. Our work primarily focuses on legal advice for important companies and institutions in Latin America, focusing in Colombia and Ecuador. Since 2002, INTERLEY has been the legal representative for the Andean Region, of  The Legacy Group a Washington D.C. based strategic communications and governmental relations firm.

 

                 Our firm has vast experience working with Presidents, Secretary of States and Policy Makers of our countries. Our experience includes working with the following sectors: Oil and Gas Resources, Communications, Construction, Consulting and Information Systems. We selected a group of high ranking executives professionals in various Latin American countries who are in charge of executing our projects, under the supervision of Interley Group.

 

                 INTERLEY was established in 1998 to develop professional activities over the countries of the Andean Region. In 2003 the firm became a Multinational Andean Company – EMA regulated by the communitarian law of the Andean Pact.

                

                 Since 2004 we have been the representative in Ecuador of Sistemas y Computadores S.A. - SYC , a high tech company in information systems and outsourcing services who provided solutions to  Colombia and Ecuador.

 

Our objectives are:

· To promote the integration of the Andean countries through the development of Multinational Projects involving North America and Latin America.

· To assist foreign based companies who would like to establish a legal business entity in Ecuador, Colombia or the Andean Region.  

· To provide legal and commercial representation of such firms willing to expand their scope of action and work in the Andean Region.
